Munjal ENT

Our clinic is tucked away in Naraina at Shop No Z 256/1, right there in the Loha Mandi area. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an ENT clinic because of all the iron and steel shops around us, but we’ve been here for quite some time now. Munjal ENT is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The waiting room isn’t huge, just a few chairs and some old magazines on a small table. You can hear the heavy trucks rumbling outside in the mandi while we’re inside looking at someone’s ear or checking a sore throat. It gets pretty dusty out on the street, so we try to keep the inside as clean as possible. Dr. Munjal is usually back in the small exam room, and the rest of us handle the appointments and the phone calls. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking on the wall. We see all sorts of people, from workers in the industrial area to families who travel in from other parts of Delhi. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything. Most people just walk in because they heard about us from a neighbor or their cousin. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up in the morning, check the instruments, and start seeing whoever is waiting outside. It’s just regular daily life in a busy market. There is always someone coming in with a blocked ear or a cough.
