Batra Hospital Westent Centre

Our place, the Westent Centre, is located at A-1/6 on the Ring RD in Rajouri Garden. If you know the area, you know how hectic the Ring Road can get. We are right in the thick of it. It’s a convenient spot for anyone in West Delhi to reach, though you have to plan for the traffic. The building is a simple one. We don’t have a big, shiny glass front or a lobby that looks like a hotel. It’s a hospital, plain and simple. We focus on the daily tasks—cleaning, checking on patients, and keeping the records straight. Being in Rajouri Garden means we are surrounded by shops and houses, so there’s always a sense of community. Sometimes the staff grabs lunch at the local stalls nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. We don’t use any of that corporate talk about visions or missions. We just try to get the job done and help the people who walk through the door at A-1/6. The rooms are basic but they work. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and things feel a bit disorganized, but we always figure it out. It’s just the way a local hospital runs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks; we just want to be here when we’re needed. It’s a busy life on the Ring Road, but we’re used to it.
