Vishal Ice Cream Parlour

If you find yourself in Najafgarh, specifically in the Old Roshan Pura area, you might come across us at Plot No. C-6. Vishal Ice Cream Parlour is a small, local spot. We don't have those big glowing signs or fancy leather booths you find in the city malls. It’s just a simple shop where we keep the freezers running. The street outside in Old Roshan Pura is usually quite narrow and busy with people walking by or kids playing. We spend a lot of our time just tidying up the counters and making sure the tubs are tucked away properly so the ice cream stays firm. Being at C-6, we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the vibe is still pretty much the same. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside when a whole family walks in at once, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything. It’s just a place for people in Najafgarh to grab something cold when the Delhi heat gets to be too much. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the freezer makes a bit of a clanking sound every now and then, but it gets the job done. We mostly deal with the regulars who live just a few houses down. It’s honest work, serving scoops and keeping the place clean enough for the next person who wanders in from the dusty road for a snack.
