We are over in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. It is a busy residential and commercial mix, which keeps things interesting for us. Being in the dairy business means our days usually start quite early, long before most people are even awake. There’s always a lot of activity at our place. We deal with milk and all the logistics that come with it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks and a lot of logbooks to keep track of deliveries and suppliers. It can get a bit loud with trucks and people moving around, but we’re used to it. Vikas Puri has a lot of traffic, so we have to plan our routes carefully every day. We don’t have any polished corporate stuff here. It’s a place where work gets done and people get their hands a bit dirty. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's a bit quieter while we catch up on the books. We’ve been part of this New Delhi neighborhood for a while. Everyone here knows what we do. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine breaks or a delivery is late, we just fix it and move on to the next thing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We just focus on making sure the dairy side of things runs as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Usually, someone is sweeping the floor or checking the coolers while the rest of us manage the paperwork. It is just a normal day for us.
