Our spot for Vashist Food Pvt.Ltd. at 315, Ambica Vihar, Paschim Vihar has been open for quite a while now. It is located in a part of town where things are always moving, but it still feels like a local place to us. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on the food supplies and talking to local vendors who need our stock for their own shops. Being in Paschim Vihar means we are close to our customers, which makes things easier than being far out in an industrial zone. The space we have is packed with stuff, from the floor to the ceiling almost. We try to keep it organized, but when a big shipment comes in, things get a bit crowded for a day or two. There is no elevator here, so we do a lot of walking up and down the stairs all day. We don’t use those corporate buzzwords you hear on the television. We just tell you what we have and when it can get to you. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside on the main road. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors to wait in. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks or moving crates around. It’s just a normal business.
