Connoisseur Foods

Our little spot is located in Janakpuri, right there at the MCD Health Centre. We are on the first floor, so you have to walk up. It is C/2 if you are looking for the exact door. Being near the Central School means it gets quite loud when the kids are getting out or heading in for the day. There is always a lot of movement around here. We started Connoisseur Foods because we wanted to do something in this area. It isn't a massive factory or a shiny corporate office. It is just a kitchen and a workspace where we sort out our orders. The walls are plain and the floor is just regular tiles. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and checking on the quality of things. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we are carrying boxes. New Delhi 58 is a busy part of town, and Janakpuri has its own rhythm. We fit right into it. Most of the people working here live close by. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a handful of us making sure the food stuff is handled right. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big shipment, but we make it work. We’ve got a window that looks out towards the school. It keeps us grounded and reminds us of why we keep this thing going day after day.
