Malt Company

Our office is at 17/4 in Ashok Nagar, New Delhi. This is the home of the Malt Company, and we’ve been operating from this address for quite a while now. The building is a regular house that we have converted into our workspace. It is located on a street that is mostly residential, so it stays pretty calm compared to the main roads. We deal with malt and grains, so you will often see sacks and samples sitting around the office. It smells a bit like a bakery or a brewery sometimes, depending on what we have in that day. The office itself is quite old-fashioned with big wooden tables and metal cupboards. We don't use a lot of fancy software to keep track of things; we still like our paper ledgers and notebooks. Most of our day is spent talking to our regular customers or checking the quality of the malt we are getting. We have a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day for anyone who drops by. It is a very relaxed environment, not like those high-pressure offices in the city center. We know our neighbors and they know us. We aren't looking to expand into a giant corporation; we just like doing what we do right here in Ashok Nagar. It is a simple, steady business that we take care of every day.
