Teamlease Services Pvt Ltd is located over in Janak Puri at B3A/39-B. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and there is a lot of noise from the street that comes through our windows. We have been working out of this space for some time now. It’s a basic office, nothing like those polished places you see in the business districts. We have desks, chairs, and a whole lot of filing cabinets that are starting to run out of room. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the computers. We deal with a lot of staffing stuff and paperwork, which can get a bit dry, but we have a good laugh together to keep things interesting. The kitchen area is small, just enough for a kettle and a microwave, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a dress code or anything formal like that. Usually, we just wear whatever is comfortable and get on with the tasks at hand. Sometimes the internet plays up and we all have to wait around for a bit, but that’s just life in a busy city. Janak Puri is a convenient place to be because of the transport links. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on doing what we need to do and making sure the people we work with are sorted out.
