You can find our office over in Subhash Nagar on the first floor of the building. We are located right near Shadley Public School, so there are always plenty of kids and parents around the street during the day. We have been operating as Team Pasona India for a while now. Our work is mainly focused on people and how they work together in teams. It is not just about the technical skills a person has; it is about how they fit together in a real office environment. We have a lot of conversations, both in person and over the telephone. New Delhi is a massive place, and finding the right people can be really tough for most businesses. We try to make it a bit easier for them by doing all the heavy legwork. Our office is pretty standard—just some desks, a few plants that we sometimes forget to water, and plenty of strong coffee to keep us going. We do not try to be something we are not. We just show up every morning, do the work, and try to be fair to everyone we deal with. Sometimes the days feel quite long, especially when we are trying to meet a tight deadline for a client, but we always get through it. We have built up a good rhythm here. People in the neighborhood know where we are, and we like being part of the local community. It is just a regular business doing regular work for people and that is how we like to keep it.
