Tasty Food (India)

Tasty Food (India) is located at 49/25 in Swarn Park, over in the Mundka area. It’s a busy industrial patch of the city where there’s always something moving. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a plain front with a heavy gate. Inside, we’ve got the kitchen area and the packing tables. We spend the whole day surrounded by the smells of whatever we’re making, which usually makes us hungry long before lunch time. It’s a lot of manual work, weighing things out and making sure the seals are tight on the bags. We have a small team of local people who come in every morning. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make food products and send them out to the shops. The floor gets washed down twice a day, so it’s always a bit damp near the drains. Mundka can be a tough place with the traffic and the dust from the factories, but Swarn Park is our little corner of it. We have a small table in the back where we sit and eat together during the break. There’s no big marketing department here, just us making sure the batches are right. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a big order needs to go out to the distributors in the morning.
