Taksh Icecreams Llp

Our workshop is over on Rama Road in the industrial area. We're on the ground floor of house 71/7. It’s a busy part of West Delhi with lots of trucks moving around all day. Being an ice cream business means we spend a lot of time around big freezers and cold storage. It gets quite cold inside even when it’s boiling hot outside in Najafgarh. We make our batches right here. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything, just a practical space for manufacturing. Sometimes the machines are loud and we have to yell to hear each other. We use a lot of milk and sugar, and the floor can get a bit sticky if we aren't careful. We distribute to local shops and carts around the city. The traffic on Najafgarh Road can be a nightmare for our delivery vans, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation, just a local outfit trying to make a decent product. The neighborhood is mostly other workshops and small factories, so it's not very quiet. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're more worried about the temperature in the back. It’s hard work, lifting crates and checking the mix, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just stick to our routine and make sure the deliveries go out on time every morning.
