Mircheez

Mircheez is basically a small operation we run out of Baljeet Nagar, specifically at house 2131/1 near West Patel Nagar. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but it’s home for us. My name is Bhagat Ram, and I started this because I wanted to do something for myself. We don’t have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a local setup where we handle everything ourselves. Most days are spent dealing with orders and making sure the quality is what it should be. The name Mircheez comes from our focus on spices and that kick you get from good food. Living and working in the same area means we know everyone around here. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons with the local traffic and people moving about, but that is just life in Patel Nagar. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just focus on what we have right in front of us. Some days are slow and other days we are running around trying to keep up. It’s just honest work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just working away in the back or talking to a delivery person. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can count on when they need something. We take it one day at a time here. It's just a simple life and we like it.
