Sunder Pan Bhandar

Sunder Pan Bhandar is located at East Patel Nagar, right near the Bank Of Maharashtra at 18/47E. It is a convenient spot for people who are finishing up their banking or just walking through the neighborhood. We have been here for years. The shop is small and has a narrow entrance. We keep our supplies tucked into every corner. My father started this place, and now I run it with a little help. We see a lot of office workers during the day. They come in for a quick break and then head back to their desks. The street can be quite busy with people looking for parking. We have a small bench outside, but it usually stays occupied. The weather affects us quite a bit; when it’s too hot, people stay inside, but the evenings are always lively. We don't do any advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here by the bank. We use the same methods we have always used. There is a certain way to prepare everything, and we don't rush it. It's a rhythm we have gotten used to. Sometimes we talk about the old days in Patel Nagar while we work. The area has gotten much more crowded, but our little corner at 18/47E feels the same. We just keep the light on until late at night and wait for the next person to stop by and say hello.
