You can find us over at A-10 in Meera Kunj, which is part of Chander Vihar here in New Delhi. It is not a very big place, just a regular office where we handle all the service calls that come in through the day. We started this because there was a need for people who actually show up when they say they will. Most of our work is just dealing with the everyday problems people have in their homes or offices. The phone rings a lot, and we try to keep track of everyone on a big whiteboard we have on the wall. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes us run late, but we always try to get there eventually. It’s just a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking at schedules. Chander Vihar is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our door. We don't do much advertising; people usually just find out about us from their neighbors. It's a simple setup. We have some tools, a couple of desks, and a lot of spare parts lying around in the back. We just take it one job at a time and try to make sure we don't mix up the addresses on the list. It’s not a special life, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the office and the phone and our tools.
