If you come to Phase IV in Aya Nagar, you’ll find us on the second floor of building 135. Globerian India has been in this spot for quite a while. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and we’re always telling people to watch their step. Once you’re inside, it’s a pretty basic setup. We have desks lined up and a lot of wires running across the floor. It’s not the most polished place, but it works for what we do. The neighborhood of Aya Nagar is always buzzing with energy. There’s a lot of construction going on nearby, so it can get a bit dusty. We keep the windows shut mostly to keep the noise out, but you can still hear the traffic. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy waiting room. If someone comes to visit, they usually just pull up a spare chair. Most of our days are spent in front of screens, handling different tasks. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s a tight-knit group of people here. We’ve worked together through hot summers and rainy seasons. We don't use any corporate jargon here. We just talk like regular people and try to get the work finished on time. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we like being part of the local community in New Delhi.
