We operate out of J-6/106 in Rajouri Garden here in New Delhi. While the name is well-known, this specific location is where we handle the day-to-day banking needs for people in this neighborhood. It’s a busy branch, and we see all sorts of folks coming in to talk about their accounts or sort out their paperwork. The office is pretty standard with desks and queues, and we just try to get through the daily tasks. It isn't always perfect; sometimes the systems are slow or there's a long line of people waiting, but we just keep at it.
