Uttam Nagar is a really busy, crowded neighborhood and our office fits right into that scene. We aren't in a big business park or a shopping mall. We are just in a regular building among all the other shops and houses in Mahendra Park. It can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for the specific number on the door. Inside Spice Bpo Services Limited, it is usually quite loud because there is always something going on. We have computers set up and people are usually busy with their headsets or typing. It is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The street outside is always full of life, with rickshaws and people everywhere. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside if we leave the windows open, but that’s just part of being in this area. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits in the back room. It’s a very basic setup where we just get our work done and go home to our families at the end of the day.
