Shri Vishwakarma Engg. Works

Shri Vishwakarma Engg. Works is a small place located at Plot No-3 & 4 in Shiv Ram Park, Phase-2. We are right off Nazafgarh Road in Nangloi, which means we deal with a lot of noise and dust from the main road all day long. The workshop isn't very big, even with the two plots, because we have so many machines crammed in there. We do a lot of engineering work, mostly involving lathes and welding. It’s the kind of place where your hands are always greasy and there’s always a scrap of metal on the floor. We started this place with just a couple of tools, and over the years, we’ve added more as we could afford them. It’s a local operation, and most of our workers live right nearby in Nangloi. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk to people right there on the shop floor while the machines are running. It’s not a quiet or clean business, but it’s what we do. People bring us things to fix or parts they need made, and we just get to it. We don't have any big slogans or promises. We just try to do the work as best as we can and hope that the machines don't break down on a busy day. It’s just us, making things work one day at a time.
