Shree Ram Food

Shree Ram Food is located at A-35/3 in Phase 1 of the Mayapuri Industrial Area. It’s number 64 on the map and we are quite close to the Rajouri Garden Metro Station. This makes it easy for the staff to get here, though the streets in Mayapuri can be very congested. The area is known for its scrap yards and factories, so it’s a very gritty place. Inside our unit, we focus on food, so we have to try extra hard to keep everything clean in such a dusty neighborhood. We have various stainless steel counters and cooking equipment spread across the floor. The heat in Delhi during the summer is no joke, and inside the industrial unit, it can get very stifling. We have some exhaust fans, but they are always working overtime. Being near Rajouri Garden means we are in a central part of the city, but Mayapuri feels like a different world once you enter the gates. There is a lot of noise from the nearby workshops where they cut metal. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the preparation and packaging we need to finish. The office is just a small partitioned space with a computer that’s always a bit dusty. It’s a busy, cramped environment, but we have a good routine down. We've been at this Mayapuri address for a while and most people in the local trade know where to find us.
