Satnam Engg. & Fab. Pvt. Ltd. is located at Rz-B-181 in Nursing Garden, which is a busy little corner of New Delhi. If you walk by, you’ll likely hear the sound of metal being cut or the hum of a welding machine. We are a fabrication shop, so there is always a lot of sparks flying and the smell of hot iron in the air. It’s a messy, loud environment, but that is how things get built. We work on all sorts of metal structures, from simple gates to more complex frames for machinery. The shop floor is usually covered in scrap metal and tools, and we don't spend much time cleaning up until the end of the day because there’s always another piece to weld. It’s a small group of us working here, and most of the guys have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a big front office or a sales team. Usually, if someone wants something made, they just come by the gate and talk to us directly. We use our hands and our machines to turn raw steel into whatever the customer needs. Being in Nursing Garden means we are right in the thick of the city’s industrial hum. It is hard work and the summers in Delhi make the shop feel like an oven, but we keep showing up. We just focus on the welding and the cutting. We don't worry about being fancy, just about getting the metalwork right for the job at hand.
