Our business is based in Ramesh Nagar, over at A-34 in the Double Storey area. New Delhi can be a lot to handle, but this neighborhood has a very local, busy vibe that we’ve grown to love. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. The building is older, but it serves our purposes well enough. We handle products here, so there’s a lot of moving boxes in and out through the narrow corridors. It’s a hands-on job. You’ll often see us with tape dispensers and clipboards, making sure everything is counted correctly. We don't have a fancy lounge or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we just have a kettle and some biscuits for when we take a break. The street outside is usually full of people and small shops, so there’s never a dull moment. We aren't some massive corporation with layers of management. If you have a question, you just ask the person standing next to you. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit chaotic when a big shipment arrives and we have to find space for it all. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks and making sure our customers get what they ordered. It’s simple, honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than that. We just show up, get the orders sorted, and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for everyone.
