Rector Foundary & Engg. Services

We are located at Nw-28 in Vishnu Garden. Rector Foundary & Engg. Services has been here for quite some time now. If you walk into the shop, you'll see a lot of metal and sand everywhere. It's not the cleanest place in the world, but that is just how a foundary works. We spend most of our days dealing with molds and pouring hot metal. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much, especially in the summer months, but we just keep at it. The machines are old and they make a lot of noise, but they still run fine. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know exactly how to handle the equipment. Most of our work comes from local people who need specific parts made. We don't really do much advertising. People just know where we are. Usually, someone will drop by with a drawing or an old part that broke, and we see if we can cast a new one for them. It’s heavy work and your hands are always dirty by the end of the day. Vishnu Garden is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside the gate. We just stay focused on the furnace and the orders we have to finish. It’s a simple setup we have here, nothing fancy at all. We just do the engineering work that needs doing and then go home.
