This is one of the spots where we handle the India-wide operations for Sms Demag. It’s not a huge corporate headquarters, just a functional office where we get things done. We have a small staff here that looks after the engineering and project management side. Janakpuri is a bit away from the main central business district, which we actually like because it's a bit easier to get around. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various sites across the country. Most of the people working here have a technical background. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sell people things they don't need. We just look at the technical requirements and try to find a way to make it work. The office has been here for a while, and it feels like a regular workplace. We have our coffee, we do our work, and we go home. It’s not a complicated life. We just focus on the engineering projects we have and try to stay organized. There's always a lot of paperwork with these big industrial jobs, so that keeps us busy. We don't have a front desk person, so someone from the back usually just gets up to answer the door.
