We've been running Raj Jyoti Food Products Private Limited for a while now from our spot in Janakpuri. You can find us at B 1/626, right on the upper ground floor. It's quite close to the B-1 market, which stays busy most of the day. Honestly, the traffic around here can be a bit much sometimes, but being near the market helps with getting things moved around. We handle a variety of food items here. It started small, just a few of us trying to figure out how to manage the supply chain without making too many mistakes. It's not always easy keeping up with everything. Some days are just about checking inventory and making sure the boxes are stacked right. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a working space where we get the job done. The neighborhood knows us, and we know the delivery guys who come by. We spend most of our time making sure the food products are handled properly before they head out. It's a lot of manual work and keeping track of papers. We've learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn't. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just keep going. It's just a regular local business trying to stay organized and keep things moving. We appreciate the people who stop by or work with us. It’s home for us here in B-1 block.
