Up in Paschim Vihar, at A 6 86A, is where we’ve got Pulse India Ltd set up. New Delhi is a huge, chaotic place, but this neighborhood feels a bit more settled and quiet. Our office is in a residential-commercial mix area, so it’s not too cold or sterile like a business park. We have a few rooms where the team sits and works. It’s a quiet environment most of the time, except when the delivery bikes go past on the street. We don't have a big neon sign outside, just a small one near the bell so people know they’re at the right door. We’ve been operating here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the place. The morning starts with a lot of emails and phone calls. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just talk to people and see what they actually need. The kitchen area is where most of the actual talking happens over coffee or tea. It’s a small group of us, so we all have to do a bit of everything during the day. There’s no big hierarchy or fancy titles here. If the bin needs emptying or the floor needs a sweep, whoever is free does it. That’s just how we run things. It’s an honest way to work. We like being in Paschim Vihar because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We’re just a regular company doing our best.
