Pride Engg India

Pride Engg India is located over in Keshopur Village at WZ 24A. It’s an old area, and our workshop fits right in. We do various engineering jobs, mostly fabrication and some repair work for local businesses. The space is a bit dark, but we have big lights over the workbenches so we can see what we’re doing with the metal. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we usually have a couple of big fans blowing all day just to stay cool. We’ve been at this for a few years now. It’s a small team, just a handful of us who know our way around a welding torch and a grinder. We don't have a big corporate office or a human resources department. If there’s a problem with a job, we just talk it out over tea and figure it out. Our neighbors in the village are mostly other workshops and small houses. We get a lot of walk-ins from people who need something welded back together or a metal frame built for a gate. We don't really do the fancy sales pitches or marketing. We just look at the job, tell them if we can do it, and get to work. Sometimes we're waiting on materials to arrive from the supplier, which slows things down, but that's just part of the business. It’s a noisy, dusty place, but it’s where we do our best work. We like the grit of it and the people here.
