We’ve been at Janakpuri Distt Centre for a while now, up on the fifth floor of the Kirti Shikha Building. It’s a busy spot in the 520 block. Most people know the building, though the elevators can be a bit slow some days, which is a pain when you're in a hurry. We handle surgical supplies and equipment here. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get things done and keep track of orders. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with boxes in the hallway, but we manage somehow. If you are coming over, just take the lift up to floor five. We usually have a few people working the desks and answering phones. It’s mostly just day-to-day stuff, sorting through inventory and making sure things get sent out where they need to go. We deal with hospitals and clinics mostly. Being in Janakpuri makes it easy for people to find us, even if the traffic around the District Centre is a nightmare in the afternoons. We try to keep things organized, but like any office, there are piles of paperwork here and there. It’s just how we work, really. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it works for us and the people we supply. You get used to the noise of the city from up here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. That's pretty much what goes on here.
