We are located at D-117 in Ajay Enclave, which is in the Delhi 110018 area. If you’re taking the metro, we’re quite close to the Subash Nagar Metro Station. It’s a convenient spot for people coming from different parts of the city. The clinic is tucked into the neighborhood, so it has a more local feel than the big hospitals. We spend our days dealing with a lot of people who have chronic aches and pains. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though it picks up when the metro lets out and more people arrive for their evening appointments. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a mission statement on the wall. We just have our medical equipment and our files. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how to handle the busy hours without getting too stressed out. We talk to patients in plain English or Hindi, explaining what’s going on with their health. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular clinic with white walls and some chairs. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the insurance and medical records. Sometimes the traffic near Subash Nagar is a nightmare, so we always tell people to leave a bit early.
