We aren't a massive hospital with hundreds of beds, just a focused clinic where we look at spine issues. The building itself is an older one, typical for this part of Punjabi Bagh, but it’s well-maintained. We have a couple of consultation rooms and a small area where you can sit while you wait for your turn. The furniture is nothing special, just some sturdy chairs and a wooden desk where we keep the patient files. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper mostly for the daily logs. Our staff knows the area well, and we often recognize the people walking their dogs past our window. We just want to provide a local option for people who don't want to travel across the city for a spine checkup.
