Ortho & Backache Clinic

At C-4-E/247 in Janakpuri, we mostly deal with people who are having a hard time moving around. Back pain is a real bother for a lot of our neighbors, so that's what we focus on. The clinic is a practical space, not a showroom. We spend our days looking at joints and spines, trying to figure out why someone’s back is acting up. It isn't always a quick fix, and we tell people that straight. We’ve been in this part of Delhi long enough to see a lot of different cases. Some people come in for chronic issues they’ve had for years, while others just slept wrong and can’t turn their neck. We don't use a lot of fancy medical jargon if we can help it. We’d rather just explain what’s going on in plain English. The building is easy to spot once you're on the right street. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when everyone gets off work and realizes their back hurts. We just try to keep things moving and get everyone some relief. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some charts. We like the work we do because it’s tangible. When someone walks out feeling a little better than when they walked in, that’s a good day for us. It’s a simple setup here, focusing on the basics of orthopedic care.
