Om Engineers Works

You can find us at Plot No-25 in Rajan Vihar, which is part of the Maharani Enclave area in Hastasal, Uttam Nagar. Om Engineers Works isn't a massive factory or anything like that. It’s just a straightforward engineering shop where we handle a lot of metalwork and mechanical repairs. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise too early in the morning, but engineering is naturally a loud business. We have our lathes and welding equipment set up in the main area. People from around Uttam Nagar bring us all sorts of jobs, from fixing a simple gate hinge to more complicated machine parts that have worn down. We don't have a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever isn't holding a tool at the moment is the one who answers the door or the phone. It's dusty and there is always a bit of oil on the floor, but that’s just how an engineering works looks. We’ve been at this plot for a while and we know most of the people on this street. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a glossy brochure to hand out. We just take the work as it comes and do what we can to get it finished so the customer can get back to their own business. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes every day.
