Nikitasha Engineers India is located at A-90 in Mayapuri, Phase-Ii. If you’ve ever been to Mayapuri, you know it’s a place that never really stops. There’s a lot of metalwork and industrial activity happening in every direction. Our spot at A-90 is right in the thick of it. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend most of our time out on the floor or dealing with parts. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s the nature of engineering work in a place like this. We have a few offices in the front where we keep the records and handle the calls. It’s often noisy outside with the trucks loading and unloading. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the sound anymore. The team is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and a few younger ones learning the ropes. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just do the work that comes in. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just have to sit and wait it out, maybe grab a snack. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up at A-90 every morning and get through the list of what needs to be finished by evening.
