Niit Smart Serve Ltd

We are located at Ag 1 24C in the MIG Flats area of Vikas Puri. It is a residential part of New Delhi, so it feels a lot different than being in a big commercial park. Niit Smart Serve Ltd operates out of here, and it has a very grounded feel. You see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing while we are heading into the office. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. The space is part of the flats, so it isn't a glass skyscraper. It’s more like a converted home space where we’ve set up our computers and files. We have to keep things organized because space isn't infinite. Sometimes the delivery guys get a bit confused by the flat numbers, but we usually wave them down from the balcony. It’s quiet for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lobby furniture. We’d rather just have a reliable internet connection and a good kettle for tea. It’s a practical way to run things. Vikas Puri is a nice spot because you aren't too far from the main city but you get that local neighborhood vibe. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the local shops. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. No big mystery to it.
