You’ll find Nectworks Foods Llp over on the ground floor of building 6/2 in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. Being on the ground floor makes it a lot easier for moving supplies in and out of the warehouse. This area is always buzzing with trucks and people moving crates around. Inside, we have our setup for handling various food products. It’s nothing spectacular to look at, just a lot of stainless steel tables and bags of ingredients. We take the cleaning seriously because you really have to in this line of work. It smells like whatever we happen to be processing that day. Kirti Nagar is a pretty old industrial spot, so the buildings have some character, or maybe they just need a bit of fresh paint. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the noise. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk or bike in every morning. It’s a practical space where we focus on the task at hand. We don't have a big sales team or fancy marketing people. It's just us doing the actual production work. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes we run out of space for storage and have to shift things around to make it work. It’s just a straightforward food business. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the busy schedule.
