You can find Mehndiratta Foods Pvt.Ltd. over at A-47, Jeewan Park, Pankha Road. It is a residential-looking area but there are a few businesses like ours scattered around. We have a small setup where we process and pack different food items. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens, and it can get pretty warm in there when the burners are on. We are not a massive factory, just a local operation with a few workers who have been with us for years. Pankha Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. We focus on getting the packaging right and making sure the labels are straight. It is a lot of hands-on work, like sealing bags and stacking boxes onto pallets. Sometimes we run out of space at A-47 and have to shuffle things around just to get the door open. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just make the food and hope people like it enough to come back. Most of our neighbors in Jeewan Park are used to our delivery scooters coming and going. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in the alleyway sometimes. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as fast as we can. It is just a normal day for us, nothing special to report.
