You can find us at Rzm 21 in the Dhrampura Colony of Najafgarh. It’s a busy part of New Delhi. We go by Marks & Spencer, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. It’s not a huge mall store; it’s more of a local presence. We see a lot of the same faces every week. People coming in for their daily needs or a bit of clothes shopping. We keep the shelves stocked and the floors swept. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a team of corporate managers walking around. It’s just us, the staff, handling the customers one by one. Delhi can be loud and dusty, but inside it’s just business as usual. We handle whatever stock comes in on the trucks. We aren't trying to be fancy or high-end. We just want to make sure people find what they need without a big fuss. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage. It’s a practical shop for practical people. We like the Dhrampura area because it feels like a real community where people talk to each other. We’re just here to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. There is something nice about a shop that just stays consistent. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just running a shop in Najafgarh for the people nearby.
