You can find Manocha Flour Mill at 8/3 in the Chhoti Sabji Mandi area of Janakpuri. Being right by the vegetable market means it is always a bit chaotic and loud outside our doors. People come to buy their sabzi and then stop by our place to get their flour sorted out for the week. It makes sense for them to do all their food shopping in one go. Our mill is a straightforward place with heavy machines that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our days lifting heavy sacks and watching the grain turn into fine powder. The dust gets into everything, including our hair and clothes, but we don't mind it much. Janakpuri is a big residential area, so we get a lot of families who prefer getting their wheat ground fresh rather than buying the packets from the store. We have been in this spot for a while now and have seen the market grow and change around us. Sometimes the trucks delivering grain make the street even tighter, but we manage to get everything moved inside.
