Mangal Deep

We've been here on Main Najafgarh Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Uttam Nagar, and sometimes the traffic right outside WZ-173/1 gets a bit much, especially during the rush hours. Mangal Deep isn't some fancy big-box store with shiny floors and people in suits. It’s just us. Most mornings start with unlocking the front gate and sweeping the dust off the doorstep before the first regulars stop by. You get to know people when you’re in one place for years. We see the same faces every week, people heading home from work or just out for their daily errands. Our shelves are usually pretty packed because we try to keep what people actually need. Sometimes it looks a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. If someone asks for something specific, we usually have to dig around a bit or reach for the high shelves. It’s how we’ve always done it. There isn't much of a fancy system here, just hard work and making sure we don’t run out of the basics. On hot afternoons, the fan just moves the warm air around, but nobody really minds. We just sit, chat with whoever comes in, and wait for the sun to go down so it gets a bit cooler. It’s a simple life running a shop here. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open the doors and see who the day brings in.
