M A Chowdhary Dairy is located in Kirti Nagar at 9-A. Kirti Nagar is a place that never really seems to sleep, and we are right there in the thick of it. Our shop at 9-A is a simple setup where we handle all our dairy business. It isn't a massive warehouse, just a practical space that works for us. We spend a lot of time cleaning and moving crates around. The area is known for being a bit industrial and busy, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the nearby shops and traffic. We usually get to work early to receive the fresh milk. If the trucks are late, it throws off the whole morning, but we’ve learned to deal with that over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it is just a few of us working together. Most of our customers are people who live or work nearby in Kirti Nagar and just need their daily supplies. The shop door is almost always open to catch a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in the street noise. We keep things pretty informal here. If you come by, you'll likely see us busy with some task or another. It’s hard work, especially in the humid months, but it is what we do. We just keep the fridge running and the stock moving every single day at 9-A. Nothing more to it than that really.
