We are tucked away in the Kirti Nagar area, specifically at A-2/10 in the DDA Marble market section. It is a bit of a specific spot, so people sometimes get lost trying to find the right block. Kirti Nagar is mostly famous for furniture, but this little pocket has more to do with industrial supplies and factory tools. Our space is mostly a warehouse with a small area carved out for the office desks. There are metal shelves reaching all the way up to the ceiling, filled with all sorts of equipment. It can get a bit cold in the winter months because the shutters stay open a lot for loading and unloading. We do not mind it much. We have a small heater and a kettle for making tea when we need a break. The staff has been with us for a long time, so we all know the daily routine. We do not use any fancy software for everything; some of our records are still kept in those big hand-written registers. It is just how we have always handled things. The neighborhood is constantly busy with tempos and rickshaws moving goods back and forth. It can be a bit chaotic outside, but we like the energy of the market. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small operation where everyone does a bit of everything. If the floor needs a sweep, one of us just does it. If a big order comes in, we all pitch in to pack it.
