Laksh Human Resources

We are based in Vikas Puri, at Jg-2/379. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't from the area, but we like the quiet of the neighborhood. We focus on human resources, which is really just a fancy way of saying we help people get jobs and help companies find workers. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and reading through stacks of paper resumes. We have a small office that usually smells like tea because we drink a lot of it while we work throughout the day. People come to us when they are looking for a change or when their own business is growing too fast to handle. We don't have a big HR department with fancy software or expensive consultants. We just use what works and try to remember everyone's name when they walk in. New Delhi 110018 is our home and we’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years since we started. We stay pretty busy because there are always people looking for a start. We don't make big promises or use sales talk, we just look at what someone can do and where they might fit. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it or we lose a file for a minute on a messy desk, but we always figure it out. We aren't trying to be a big global firm. We are just a local office in Vikas Puri doing our bit to help people get where they need to go in their careers.
