You can find us over in South Patel Nagar at 8 51. It is a busy part of New Delhi and there is always something going on in the street outside. We spend our days here dealing with food products, which means the place usually smells like whatever we are packing or moving that day. It isn't a massive factory with robots. It’s mostly people doing the work by hand and making sure everything is sealed up right. We have stacks of boxes reaching up to the ceiling sometimes. The loading and unloading happens right out front, which can be a bit of a squeeze with the narrow roads around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors are used to our delivery vans coming and going. Inside, it is a lot of checking labels and moving crates. We drink a lot of chai to keep going during the afternoon slump. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We are just a local food business trying to get things out to the stores on time. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we have to spend the whole evening catching up. It’s not a glamorous job, but people need to eat and we provide the stuff they look for on the shelves. We just do our bit every day without making a big fuss about it. We just hope the delivery trucks don't get stuck in the local traffic too long.
