Jrb Engineering Works is situated in Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase Ii, at C-3/10. Mayapuri is a legendary spot for this kind of work. It’s always crowded and there’s always something being loaded or unloaded on the street. Our unit is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that the regulars know us. The space inside is packed with tools and old benches. It’s not the cleanest place, but that’s because we’re actually working in it. We deal with metal and repairs mostly. Every day is a bit different because you never know what someone is going to bring in for us to look at. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. The work speaks for itself usually. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We share lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It’s a tough area to work in sometimes because of the dust and the noise, but it’s where we belong. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. If a job needs doing, we find a way to do it with what we have. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the benches. That's the way it's always been at C-3/10. We don't see any reason to change things after all this time.
