Jagdamba Dairy

Our dairy is located at Tilak Nagar Sant Garh WZ-139, and our day starts way before most people are even awake. By the time the sun is up, we have already handled hundreds of liters of milk. The smell of fresh milk and curd is always in the air here. Our floors are usually wet because we are constantly washing the containers and the cooling tanks. It is a very practical, hands-on job. We don't have time for fancy decorations; we just have our stainless steel vats and the counters where people come to buy their daily supplies. During festivals, it gets incredibly hectic with everyone wanting extra paneer or cream. We have a few regular helpers who have been with us for years. Sant Garh is a tight-knit area, so we know most of our customers by their faces if not their names. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and it causes a bit of a panic, but we usually manage. We keep things simple and clean. There’s no big office, just a small stool where someone sits to take the money. We take pride in just being a reliable place for the neighborhood to get what they need for their kitchen. It is hard work, especially in the cold winters, but it is what we do.
