J.Pee Engineers & Packaging Pvt. Ltd. has been based in the Mayapuri Industrial Area for quite some time now. We are at C-163 in Phase-II. If you’ve spent any time in Mayapuri, you know it’s a place of iron, grease, and a lot of loud noises. Our workshop is right in the thick of it. It’s not a place for clean shoes or white shirts. We have machines running most of the day, and the smell of cutting oil is just part of the atmosphere. The office part is a bit quieter, but you still hear the clanging from the floor. We do a lot of engineering work and packaging setups, so there are always tools and parts lying around on the benches. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the metal stock and finished frames waiting to go out. The road outside can be a bit rough with all the heavy lorries moving in and out of the industrial estate. Lunch breaks are usually a quick affair, maybe some food from the local vendor or something brought from home. We don’t go in for fancy decor or big presentations. We just show up, get our hands dirty, and make sure the machines are built right. It’s a solid, old-school way of doing things and it suits us just fine here. The guys on the shop floor have a lot of experience and it shows in how they handle the metal every single day.
