Itec Computer & Telecom Centre

Our place is in Uttam Nagar Bal Udyan Road 45L. It is a small center where we handle a mix of computer issues and mobile phone stuff. The walls are lined with cables, keyboards, and various spare parts for laptops that we have collected over time. We have a couple of workbenches in the back where we sit with our magnifying lamps and soldering irons. It is quiet work mostly, focused on tiny circuits and software installs. People from around the neighborhood bring in their broken screens or slow computers that won't start up. We tell them what we can fix and how long it will take. The road outside can get quite busy with local traffic and school kids. We have a small display at the front with some basic accessories like chargers and headphones. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard and a circuit. Sometimes it gets frustrating when a part doesn't arrive on time from the supplier, but we deal with it. We drink our tea while waiting for files to transfer or systems to reboot. It is a practical shop for people who need their tech fixed without any fuss. We have been here for several years now and have seen the technology change quite a bit since we started. We just keep doing what we do every day on Bal Udyan Road.
