Indo Impex

Indo Impex is tucked away in the East Patel Nagar area. Our specific spot is number 102 at 9/2, which is not too hard to find once you know which street to turn on. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, but there are several small businesses like ours mixed in between the houses. We have been operating out of this room for quite a while now. It gets a little bit cramped when we have a lot of samples or documents piled up on the tables, but it works for what we need to do. The neighborhood is usually quite lively during the day. You see people walking to the local markets or heading to work. We spend most of our hours in here answering the phones and keeping track of various shipments coming in. It is not a big corporate setup with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. It is just us and our desks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the tea delivery is late, but that is just how the day goes. We deal with a lot of import and export details, which means a lot of checking lists and making sure the numbers match up. It can get a bit boring, but it has to be done correctly. We like being in Patel Nagar because it feels like a real community. You get to know the shopkeepers and the delivery guys who come by every afternoon. It is a simple operation.
