Our office is situated at S 42 Vijay Vihar in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s a very lively and crowded neighborhood, which means there’s always something to look at out the window. We do search work, which is just a fancy way of saying we help find the right people for different jobs. It’s a bit like being a detective sometimes. We have to look through a lot of information and talk to a lot of people to find that one person who really fits what’s needed. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of notebooks where we keep our thoughts. We don’t really go in for those modern office layouts with open spaces and beanbags. We just need a quiet place to sit and make our calls. Uttam Nagar is great because it’s so well-connected, so people from all over the city can come and visit us without too much trouble. We’ve been in this building for years, and the walls are covered in notes and reminders from old projects. We like the clutter; it makes us feel like we’re actually getting things done. We don't make any grand claims about our work. We just put in the hours and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through our door.
