We’re set up at A-5 in Manak Vihar, not too far from Tandoor Chowk in New Delhi. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty active spot. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good while. It’s a standard office setup, nothing that’s going to win any design awards, but it works for us. We spend most of our time dealing with files and talking to people who come in with questions. Tandoor Chowk is a good landmark for people trying to find us since the street names can get a bit confusing sometimes. The office can get a bit warm in the summer months, but we have the fans going full blast. It’s a small group of us working here. We aren't some giant faceless entity; we’re just the people you see when you walk through the door. Some days are quieter than others, giving us time to catch up on all the paperwork that piles up on our desks. Other days, the phone doesn't stop ringing and everyone is moving at once. We just take it as it comes. We’ve gotten to know the tea seller down the street pretty well over the years. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay on top of things. No one wears fancy suits unless there's a big meeting. Usually, it's just shirts and trousers and getting the job done. We like the simple way we run things here.
