Hum Sabki Rasoi

Hum Sabki Rasoi is located at Ajmeri Gate 1872. You can find us in the New Hari Ram Market area. It is a very old part of the city and things are always moving fast outside. Our kitchen is small but we make it work. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. The market is usually loud and there is always something going on. We just stay inside and cook what we know. It is not a restaurant where you sit down for hours. People come in, get what they need, and head out. We keep the menu short because that is easier for everyone. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or anything. The name on the board is a bit faded but everyone knows it is us. It is a family-run kind of place. Sometimes my cousin is here, sometimes it is just me. We do the cleaning ourselves at the end of the night. It is hard work but it is honest. The walls could use a bit of paint maybe, but the food is what matters to the people in New Hari Ram Market. We get the vegetables fresh from the market nearby every single morning. That is just how we have always done it. It is not perfect, but it is our way. We are just glad to be part of the street.
